Expanded leadership team brings deep healthcare technology and industry expertise to advance Cadara’s vision for the future of post-acute revenue management
NEW YORK, Oct. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Cadara™, formerly National Care Systems, today announced a series of executive leadership appointments, bringing together experienced leaders across revenue growth, finance, technology, product management and marketing to support the company’s continued growth and strategic direction.

The announcement follows the recent appointment of Marina Aslanyan as chief executive officer and marks another step in Cadara’s evolution and commitment to the future of post-acute revenue management. The company is expanding its technology platform, investing in artificial intelligence and next-generation capabilities, and advancing a more connected approach to managing revenue across the post-acute continuum.
“We’ve assembled a leadership team with deep expertise in healthcare technology, post-acute care and scaling high-performing organizations,” said Marina Aslanyan, chief executive officer of Cadara. “Together, we have the experience and shared vision to accelerate Cadara’s growth while staying focused on what matters most — delivering meaningful innovation and measurable value for our customers. We have an opportunity to redefine how post-acute organizations manage revenue and set a new standard for what they should expect from their technology partners.”
The leadership appointments include:
Ian Johnson, Chief Financial Officer
Ian Johnson oversees Cadara’s financial strategy and operations, aligning financial discipline with the company’s growth objectives and supporting continued investment in the people, technology and capabilities that deliver value to customers. He previously served as senior vice president of finance and the company’s senior finance executive at AssureCare, where he helped guide significant ARR growth, profitability expansion and multiple capital raises. Earlier in his career, Johnson held finance and accounting roles at Nucor, General Electric and The Castellini Group. He holds a BA in Accounting from Northern Kentucky University and serves on the advisory board of Tracker Products.
Ed Scott, Chief Revenue Officer
Ed Scott leads Cadara’s revenue organization, with responsibility for sales, business development, strategic partnerships and customer growth. He brings extensive experience in healthcare SaaS and services across the acute, post-acute and long-term care markets. Previously, Scott served as executive vice president and chief revenue officer at Nextech Systems and MatrixCare, where he helped expand annual revenue fivefold and position MatrixCare for its acquisition by ResMed. At Cadara, he is focused on accelerating growth, expanding market reach and helping more post-acute organizations achieve stronger, more predictable revenue performance. Scott holds an MBA and BS in Psychology from Saint Joseph’s University.
Eugene Saksonov, Chief Technology Officer
Eugene Saksonov leads Cadara’s technology strategy and development organization, bringing more than 25 years of experience building and scaling technology platforms across healthcare and fintech. He previously served as chief technology officer of Alegeus Technologies, where he helped scale the company into a leading healthcare payments platform serving more than 20 million users and processing more than $26 billion in payments annually. Saksonov has also held CTO roles at Flores and Associates and Hurdle Health, with expertise spanning AI, cloud architecture, SaaS and highly regulated environments. He holds an MS in Mathematics from Kharkiv University.
Jeff Wilcox, Vice President of Product Management
Jeff Wilcox leads Cadara’s product strategy and management, translating customer needs and market opportunities into solutions that improve revenue performance. He previously spent nine years at PointClickCare, where he held leadership roles in clinical product and ultimately led product for AI, working at the intersection of healthcare operations, data, workflow and emerging technology. Wilcox brings deep expertise across healthcare SaaS, artificial intelligence, interoperability and post-acute care. At Cadara, he is focused on advancing a connected product roadmap that brings greater intelligence, automation and visibility across the revenue lifecycle. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University).
Michael Orzechowski, Vice President of Marketing
Michael Orzechowski leads Cadara’s marketing strategy, including brand, market positioning, demand generation and go-to-market initiatives. He brings extensive leadership experience across healthcare technology and SaaS, with a track record of creating market differentiation and driving growth. His experience includes marketing leadership roles at MatrixCare and other technology companies across diverse industries. At Cadara, Orzechowski is focused on increasing awareness, strengthening customer engagement and supporting the company’s continued expansion across post-acute care. He holds a BA in Speech Communication from the University of Georgia and an AS in Mass Communications and Journalism from Becker College.
Together, the leadership team will focus on accelerating product innovation, expanding Cadara’s market presence and strengthening customer partnerships to advance the company’s strategic priorities.
The appointments build on Cadara’s longstanding experience serving the post-acute market while positioning the company for its next chapter. Cadara is bringing together the people, processes, technology and intelligence that influence revenue — from the earliest stages of the resident journey through payment, recovery and optimization.
“We’re building Cadara for where post-acute care is headed, not where it has been,” Aslanyan added. “Our opportunity is not simply to improve traditional RCM, but to rethink how revenue is managed across the entire lifecycle. The future of revenue management should be more proactive, more intelligent and more connected — giving post-acute organizations the confidence to anticipate challenges and act before they become financial problems.”
