SAN DIEGO, CA, UNITED STATES, September 11, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Satsang House, the meditation and spiritual center in the Del Mar area of San Diego, has opened its fall calendar with a run of community gatherings that welcome members and newcomers alike. The lineup pairs the center’s monthly meditation potlucks with a special live music fire ceremony led by a visiting artist, along with ongoing one-on-one coaching for anyone navigating a season of change. Every gathering happens outdoors on the center’s gardens and orchard grounds, each one is open to the public, and the standing invitation to bring a friend runs through the whole season. Registration is open now through the Satsang House’s online scheduling page.
The season’s community meditation potlucks anchor the calendar, with gatherings set for Saturday, August 29 from 6 to 9 p.m. and Saturday, September 26 from 6 to 9 p.m. Each evening opens with a short guided meditation that gives everyone space to slow down and arrive together, then moves into a shared meal around the table with conversation, laughter and connection. Guests are asked to bring a homemade dish to share, since the aim is a true community potluck rather than a spread of appetizers or snacks. Potlucks run outdoors, so organizers suggest a sweater or blanket for when the night cools down.
The season’s marquee gathering lands on Saturday, September 12 at 7 p.m., when Satsang House welcomes Lee Grane, a musician traveling from the Philippines, for an evening of live music and a fire ceremony. Lee Grane opens the night with a live performance before co-facilitating the ceremony, which centers on release, connection and healing as the community gathers around the fire. Everyone who reserves a spot receives a short soulwork exercise by email beforehand, and attendees bring that completed reflection to use during the ceremony itself. Donations are welcomed and appreciated, though no one should let that keep them from attending, since all are welcome.
Alongside the group gatherings, founder Maggie Kelly continues to offer one-on-one coaching for anyone feeling stuck, disconnected or at a crossroads. Her sessions explore the patterns, beliefs and relationships shaping a person’s life so that meaningful change can take root, and she offers a complimentary consultation for those who want to learn more before committing. This individual work gives community members a more personal complement to the meditation evenings and ceremonies, and it draws on Kelly’s decades of experience as a certified meditation instructor, spiritual counselor and life coach.
One more date belongs on the fall calendar, as Satsang House is marking its 10th anniversary with a celebration on Saturday, October 17. Full details are still to come, though the center is encouraging the community to save the date now and to watch for announcements as the event takes shape. Ten years after Maggie Kelly first opened the center, the anniversary gives longtime members and newer faces a shared reason to gather, and it caps a fall season already built around meditation, ceremony and connection.
Satsang House is a meditation and spiritual center founded by Maggie Kelly, with locations in the Del Mar area of San Diego, California and in Sedona, Arizona. The center offers guided meditation, community gatherings, retreats, fire ceremonies, energy healing and life, business and spiritual coaching, all rooted in a mission of connecting people in community to begin, deepen and share their spiritual journeys. Set on an acre of landscaped gardens and fruit orchards, the San Diego center gives visitors a peaceful place to slow down, reconnect and grow.
