Raleigh Durham, NC, October 24, 2026 —
Jayson Tatum addressed social media comments made by Boston Celtics teammate Jaylen Brown after the Celtics defeated the New York Knicks, shifting postgame attention from the victory to the players’ dynamics.
The available account does not specify what Brown wrote, when the comments were posted, or what Tatum said in response. It also does not provide the game’s date, score, venue or details about the play. Without those details, the extent of the exchange and its context cannot be established.
The account describes the comments as a focus of postgame discussion but does not indicate whether Tatum’s response was made in a formal interview, at a news conference or in another setting. It also does not say how Brown responded or whether either player offered further explanation.
The reported sequence is limited to the Celtics’ win over New York, Brown’s social media comments, and Tatum addressing them afterward. No additional information was provided about the content of the comments or any effect the exchange had on the team.
As a result, the postgame focus on player dynamics is the central development in the account, while the details needed to assess the exchange remain unspecified.
